UNIBUS acts as a travel booking platform that connects passengers with bus operators. We do not operate the buses or control service performance.

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• All bookings are confirmed only after successful payment via secure third-party payment gateways.
• Prices, seat availability, and route details are provided by bus operators and may change without prior notice.
• You are responsible for checking and verifying all booking details before payment.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate personal and travel information.
• Follow all rules and instructions of bus operators.
• Arrive at boarding points on time.
• Have valid identification if required.

If you allow location access, we may use your real-time location while the app is in use to enhance functionality (such as showing nearby buses, pickup/drop-off suggestions, etc.). This is only collected with your consent and only in the foreground.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which may depend on the specific operator's terms and conditions.

All content, design, logos, trademarks, and materials on the Services are owned by UNIBUS or its licensors. You agree that:

• You will not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any of our content without written permission.
• You will respect all applicable intellectual property rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UNIBUS is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Services. We are not responsible for:

• Bus delays, cancellations, or changes by operators
• Loss of personal belongings
• Injuries during travel
• Operator behavior or service quality
• Technical issues beyond our control

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to Services if you:

• Violate these Terms or any policy
• Engage in fraudulent or unlawful behavior
• Misuse the platform in any way

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in that policy. This includes your personal and location data (with permission).

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time for operational, legal, or business reasons. Changes will be effective when posted on this page or otherwise communicated to you. Continued use of the Services after changes implies acceptance.
